The Cathedral of the Simples
The psyche in symbiosis with life
The Cathedral of the Simples is a plant-based architecture paying homage to the knowledge of the past, to that of our time, and to the exploration of future knowledge.
But behind the poetry, the place is first and foremost a scientific laboratory in the heart of the Mousty woods, where the study of plants and the exploration of the human psyche meet.
The simples – that's what these medicinal plants were once called – become companions of initiation here.
Beyond the gardens and all the species that inhabit them, the place hosts rigorous reflection on mental health, inner states and collective dynamics.
Here, science engages in dialogue with lived experience. The forest acts as a third party: it contains, it slows down, it connects.
It is a place for research, deep listening and sharing. Here we explore what it means to be alive — biologically, psychologically, collectively.

Herbarium Animæ
Our laboratory in the heart of nature is dedicated to the study of the human psyche and its links with living things.
Our Workshops
We explore the gardens, and from what we gather, we create wonder.
Mazes and Labyrinths
Our paths invite vibrant inner walks.
Here, while sipping tea, speech is free, dedicated to subjects often taboo, silenced or misunderstood: experiences at the borders of the visible, unusual perceptions: so many intimate experiences that raise questions.
House XII
Our research center focuses on the contribution of symbolic arts to understanding the psyche.
